aNeMonE Handmade Paper Flowers was born after Mary Eberle, with help from her soon to be husband Nathan and younger sisters, made over 600 crepe paper flowers for her wedding.

Mary and Nathan have since been creating new flowers and replicating both common and exotic flowers. Modern and stylish, aNeMonE flowers are combined for bridal bouquets, made to grace the tables of special events, for room decor, and to compliment businesses and offices. They make one bloom at a time using every imaginable type of paper incorporating a wide variety of beads and coloring media. These creations are astonishing real to life in shape and color with fresh, elegant appeal.

The Eberles have two amazing little boys, James and Jonah and are avid gardeners. They grow vegetables, herbs and flowers and love squirreling away food for the winter.

Recently, Mary made a women's health tea and she'd like to share her recipe here for you to enjoy.

Mary's Women's Health Tea

1 or more handfuls of each of the following dried herbs:

Basil

Raspberry Leaves

Catnip

Lemon Balm

Alfalfa

Stinging Nettle (wear gloves for picking!)

Red Clover

Peppermint

Spearmint

2-4 dried Echinacea, Calendula, and Passion Flowers, chopped

1/4 cup dried Comfrey

Combine all ingredients and store in a glass jar. To brew, bring a large pot of water to boil, crush a handful of tea, add to the water and steep, covered for about 25 minutes. Drain the tea and store in the fridge. Mary recommends drinking 2-3 glasses daily, served hot or cold, sweetened or not, and says men can enjoy it as well.
