When we first started the show in 2002, Lyle and his wife Elaine were right there with us and have been ever since.

Lyle is the creator of Hilltop Honey, which is our absolute favorite honey in the world and truly the only honey we use.  Lyle raises his bees on Peone Prairie, just on the outskirts of Greenbluff, Washington and a hop, skip and a jump away from Serena's home.

Lyle and his amazing honey can be found at our show and seasonally at the farmer's market in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho.  Just look for his beautiful display, masterfully created by Elaine, who just happens to be an amazing artist as well.  You can find a sampling of her work here.
