RE-THINKING PILLOWS
Bed pillows aren’t just for sleep time anymore! Let them see the light of day as cute cushions for your outdoor furniture. Toss them here and there for a little bit of cushioned color. Porch swings, folding chairs, and wooden benches have a whole new look in a snap!

TIPS

Look for vintage pillowcases at yard sales and thrift shops. Since pillowcases aren’t highly sought after, prices are usually extremely low. We’ve never paid more than $2.
Yellowed cases can be brightened up with a good soaking in OxyClean.
For a permanent cushion, fold open ends under once and slip-stitch shut.
