I have always had an interest in things from eras gone by; especially kitchen and household items from the 1940s and 50s. There is something about a table set with a bright and cheery flowered tablecloth and colorful dishes, or the sight of a handmade vintage apron that makes me happy. That’s why at any flea market or antiques show I am always drawn to the booth with the vintage kitchen wares, dishes, fabrics, and aprons. My friends have even mentioned that I “have never met an apron I didn’t like”.
After a few years of collecting, I decided to start sharing my love of vintage treasures and rented a space at Cobblestone Corner in Moses Lake, Washington where I have been for the past seven years. I participated in my first Farm Chicks Show with my friends Kathie and Linda in the fall of 2004. At this year's show, I will have my own Vintage Cupboard booth and I hope you will stop by and see all the wonderful vintage items I have to share with you. ~Donna
